Skip the queue at the coffee shop with this refreshing vanilla iced white americano, topped with creamy oat milk; the perfect ‘pick me up’ on a hot day.

- 240g Ice
- 180ml cold filtered water
- 80 – 90ml non dairy milk or cream
- 1 double espresso shot *
Instructions
- Add ice to chosen glass
- In a separate heatproof bowl/ cup dissolve the syrup in the hot coffee
- Pour the cool filtered water over the ice in the cup, leaving enough room for the coffee and (if using) the milk
- Pour the espresso over the water, then pour in the milk or dairy free cream

* No espresso machine? Sub for 1 ½ teaspoons instant coffee with 50ml water
