Description

Skip the queue at the coffee shop with this refreshing vanilla iced white americano, topped with creamy oat milk; the perfect ‘pick me up’ on a hot day.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 240g Ice
  • 180ml cold filtered water
  • 8090ml non dairy milk or cream
  • 1 double espresso shot *

Instructions

  1. Add ice to chosen glass
  2. In a separate heatproof bowl/ cup  dissolve the syrup in the hot coffee 
  3. Pour the cool filtered water over the ice in the cup, leaving enough room for the coffee and (if using) the milk 
  4. Pour the espresso over the water, then pour in the milk or dairy free cream

Notes

* No espresso machine?  Sub for 1 ½ teaspoons instant coffee with 50ml water
