Vanilla Iced White Americano

Skip the queue at the coffee shop with this refreshing vanilla iced white americano, topped with creamy oat milk; the perfect 'pick me up' on a hot day.

Cook Time 4 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 240 grams Ice
  • 180 milliliters cold filtered water
  • 90 milliliters non dairy milk or cream
  • 1 double espresso shot *

Instructions
 

  • Add ice to chosen glass
  • In a separate heatproof bowl/ cup  dissolve the syrup in the hot coffee 
  • Pour the cool filtered water over the ice in the cup, leaving enough room for the coffee and (if using) the milk 
  • Pour the espresso over the water, then pour in the milk or dairy free cream

Notes

* No espresso machine?  Sub for 1 ½ teaspoons instant coffee with 50ml water
