A refreshing tropical cooler, made with real mango pureé, Italian Beverage Co’s Cooler syrup, topped with lots of ice = the perfect drink for a heatwave.

What you will need:
- 2 tumblers / glasses (that can hold approx 500ml)
- Ice – LOTS
- 1 Fresh Ripe mango
- Italian Beverage Co’s “Mango and Dragon Fruit cooler syrup“
- A hot summer’s day
How to:
- Puree mango in a Vitamix / blender with a little water to help it blend
- Crush ice with the cooler syrup
- Add pureé to bottom of glasses
- Top with crushed ice-cooler mix
- Optional serve with sliced lemon or mango
