MANGO-DRAGON FRUIT COOLER

A refreshing tropical cooler, made with real mango pureé, Italian Beverage Co’s Cooler syrup, topped with lots of ice = the perfect drink for a heatwave.

What you will need:

How to:

  • Puree mango in a Vitamix / blender with a little water to help it blend
  • Crush ice with the cooler syrup
  • Add pureé to bottom of glasses
  • Top with crushed ice-cooler mix
  • Optional serve with sliced lemon or mango
  • ENJOY

Mango-Dragon fruit cooler

Description

A refreshing tropical cooler, made with real mango pureé, Italian Beverage Co’s Cooler syrup, topped with lots of ice = the perfect drink for a heatwave.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe mango cut into rough cubes
  • 100ml or 1/2 cup Filtered Water – to help blend mango.
  • 500ml or 2 1/4 cups Filtered water or Sparkling water to top drink off
  • 800g or 3 1/4 cups ice
  • 30ml or 1 shot glass of Mango and Dragon Fruit cooler syrup

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly chop up the mango – add to your blender with a dash of water to help blend. Blend until smooth. Set aside for later.
  2. Add Ice along with the cooler syrup to your blender to crush / make a slushy texture.
  3. Split the mango pureé between the two glasses.
  4. Carefully pour the crushed ice mixture on top of the puree.
  5. Top with filtered water or sparkling or soda water.
  6. Enjoy!
